Hey there,

Have you tried out guide on the front page? All you'll need is your USB cable to unlock your BlackBerry.

Go here for the guide.

Let me know if you run into any difficulty.

:-)

I din't get through with the phone, at a point while mfi multiloader is doing it's stuff, the phone screen turns white and says factory os, and the multiloader says failed cannot connect to device. after i install the OS i get and email saying thank you for purchasing the phone from t-mobile, even though there's no sim in it!!! major frustrating. as for guides, i'll see how i can help anybody with probs that come here

Uh oh,

Did it get unlocked? I'd try the process again, make sure the auto-start is on and the Wipe option is off. When you see the big 1 on your screen you'll know it's done lol.

Cool beans, it'd be nice to have company around here. We should expect an increase in traffic here soon. Gonna launch a cool campaign to help more people unlock their phones. Totally Rad :-)

i'm still trying to unlock it, keeps giving me that stupid error. did u know that if you press alt ctrl shirt f12 in mfi multiloader it brings down a panel to remove the mep, but when i do that, i get another error. If you want to set up a chat room for the site also i can arange that, i'm not giving up on this phone though, more mistakes u make the more you learn
